Reflections on transitioning from Lockdown Spring 2021 for teams

This tool is designed to be a conversational tool for individuals and team leaders. It does not hold any answers by itself.

For teams, it is designed to give some indication of what members of the team are thinking and feeling about restrictions lifting in spring 2021, and possibility of returning to the office. This should help team leaders and managers to focus their energies and plans to addressing some of the key concerns that colleagues may have in the coming months.

The tool may also give some insight into how colleagues image returning to an office environment and what it could mean for ways of working.

For individuals, it’s an opportunity to reflect on how you are feeling about transitioning out of lockdown at the moment; and an opportunity to reflect on what you might need or want from yourself and others as we begin this transition.
