- One step further on from the advocacy strategic plan, this involves working with your organisation to conduct stakeholder and power mapping activities to identify which decision makers should be targeted and suggest tactics for reaching them.
Ongoing public affairs work
- Monitoring parliament business for policy developments & opportunities for organisations to make their causes known through parliamentary processes – questions, debates and so on.

My APPROACH AND VALUES
The Theory of Change method defines long-term goals and then works backwards to identify conditions needed, areas of influence and necessary steps to take to achieve those long-term goals. It is a popular method for achieving social change, as it helps organisations, coalitions, movements take a longer view.
The strongest voices for change are those of people on the frontline – those with knowledge and experience. But sometimes you need help and support to identify the best ways to channel and direct that desire for change – and that’s where I can come in.
